Overview

VakhifyDigital is a digital marketing agency based in Kadiri, Andhra Pradesh, India. This policy applies to the website vakhifydigital.online and describes how information is handled when you browse the site or contact us through it. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not operate.

Information you provide to us

When you fill in the enquiry form on our contact page, the form asks for the following fields:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Service interest (optional)
• Message
• Consent to be contacted about your enquiry (required)

Important: the form’s delivery backend is still being configured. Submissions through the form are not yet confirmed to be delivered to us, and the form page itself says so. Until the form is connected to a working service, please use the WhatsApp, telephone or email options on the contact page, which open your own messaging or mail applications directly.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, telephone or email, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that conversation — for example, your phone number or details about your business.

How we use information

We use information you share with us only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Discuss services you are interested in and prepare proposals if you ask for one
• Communicate with you about work you have engaged us for
• Maintain basic business records of our conversations

We do not use your information for purposes we have not described here, and we do not sell personal information.

External communication channels

Buttons and links for WhatsApp, telephone (+91 91804 36317) and email (vakhifydigital@gmail.com) open applications or services provided by third parties. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and any message you send through WhatsApp is processed under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not ours. We encourage you to read the policies of any service you choose to use.

Third-party requests

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser loads these fonts, it makes a request to Google’s servers, which typically includes technical information such as your IP address. Google processes this information under Google’s privacy policy. Beyond this, the website itself does not embed advertising or tracking services.

Analytics and tracking

A Google Tag Manager snippet exists in the website’s code but is currently disabled (commented out) and inactive. No analytics integration has been verified as running on this website, and we do not currently collect browsing analytics from visitors. If this changes, this policy will be updated before or at that time.

Cookies

For details about cookies, see our Cookie Policy. In short: no first-party tracking cookies have been verified in the current implementation of this website.

When information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only where it is necessary to help you — for example, when you initiate a WhatsApp message, your details are handled by WhatsApp/Meta as described above — or where disclosure is required by applicable law or a lawful request from authorities. We may also use ordinary business tools (such as email) to communicate with you; those providers process information under their own terms.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to maintain an ordinary record of our business communication. If a project goes ahead, records related to that project are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can refer back to what was agreed. You can ask us about information connected to you at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices and enquiries

You are never required to use the enquiry form; WhatsApp, telephone and email are always available. If you have contacted us, you may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to any retention we are legally required to keep. Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website’s practices change — for example, if the enquiry form is connected to a delivery service, or if analytics or advertising tools are added later. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer or data protection law.
